Kony 2012-The Invisible Children (conflict overview)

Joseph Kony took over the group and change its name which was before called Holy Spirit Movement to Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). he wasn’t able to maintain the group’s regional support, so he started to steal food and abducting children to actually fill the emptiness places of his army.
His tactics were and still remains brutal. he often forces children to kill their parents with machetes blunt tools. He abducted girls to be sex slaves for his people. He brainwashed the children with his lies and manipulated them with some spiritual powers.
Because of the conflict, children had to walk miles each day away far from their homes just to find a better place to hide, such as churches, bus depots, and/or school houses, just to avoid abduction by the LRA.
Kony and his people of the LRA abducted more than 30,000 children his country, Uganda.
